We are seeking an experienced Product Support Specialist with a focus on technology to join our team. This person will be responsible for learning and supporting the entire product line.

Position overview:

We are looking for an aggressive individual, preferably with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the food service or supermarket manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support (NOT I.T. or software), with the ability to understand our products. This is NOT a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Provide comprehensive technical support.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of all products within our portfolio. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of each product.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met across the entire product line.
Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external partners to enhance product knowledge and technical skills across all product categories.
Customer Support: Address technical queries and issues related to any product promptly. Provide timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers' representatives, consultants, dealers, chain accounts, and end users, emphasizing the full range of products offered.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies related to the entire product line. Provide feedback to the product development team to contribute to overall product improvements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in technical support with a focus on technology.
Versatility to understand and support a diverse product line.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with manufacturers representatives, product consultants, dealers, chain accounts, and end users is an added advantage.



Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $60,000.00 per year
