Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) Domain

Lead the Charge in Data-Driven Compliance Transformation

Are you a results-oriented Project Manager with a passion for data technology and a background in Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC)? We're looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead innovative projects that deliver data-driven solutions to complex compliance challenges.

In this role, you'll blend project management excellence, business analysis expertise, and data domain knowledge to drive critical LRC initiatives from concept to completion. You'll work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to implement cutting-edge applications that enhance regulatory efficiency and legal risk management.

What You'll Be Doing:

Project Leadership

Manage end-to-end delivery of data-centric projects within the LRC space-on time, on scope, and on budget.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead cross-functional collaboration among data engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
Report key updates, milestones, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and clients.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

Analyze business processes and compliance workflows to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Gather, define, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and foster long-term relationships.
Gather client feedback to improve delivery and uncover opportunities for added value.
Act as a communication bridge between business users and technical teams.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Technical or IT Project Manager, ideally within the Legal, Risk, and Compliance domain.
Strong background in business analysis with the ability to turn complex business needs into actionable tech solutions.
Solid understanding of data applications and compliance systems.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in fast-paced, agile, or cross-functional environments.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) tools or data governance platforms.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications.
Knowledge of legal/regulatory standards like GDPR, SOX, or HIPAA.
