As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring candidates cross-functionally, within the organization. Cherry Hill NJ 08003 Building 111 Suite 120 Job Requirements:Responsibilities Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool; manage candidates through the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, while holding a heavy requisition load. Successfully manage candidate sourcing and evaluation based on candidate experience, skills, goals, and competencies to determine best fit for role and organization. Build candidate pipelines and manage candidates throughout the interview process. Present candidates offer and successfully hand off new hires to the onboarding team. Manage the job requisition process (open and close hiring requisitions) and monitor for compliance. As required, plan and participate in successful recruitment events supporting targeted needs of the organization.(both in-person and virtual) Maintain reports on the progress of assigned hiring requisitions. Work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Additional duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements constantly change. Proven success in an accountability-based culture. Moderate Excel and data entry experience Excellent written & verbal communication and organization skills Possess a customer service focus, with a commitment to creating a positive hiring experience for our leaders and candidates Position Details Pay Structure: $37,500 annual base salary plus: $500 Sign-On Bonus Retention Bonus Quota Bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm
