Hotel, a member of the Marriott Autograph Collection, is seeking an
Assistant General Manager (AGM) with a strong background in Food &
Beverage operations to join our executive leadership team. Located
in the heart of Columbia, MD, and overlooking serene views of Lake
Kittamaqundi, our full-service luxury hotel blends upscale comfort

future of our hotel while leading with impact. About the Role: As
AGM, you will partner closely with the General Manager in
overseeing the entire hotel operation, with a focus on Food &
Beverage strategy, execution, and innovation. You'll be
instrumental in elevating our dining venues, growing banquet
business, and implementing operational processes that drive guest
satisfaction and financial success. Key Responsibilities: Lead
hotel operations with hands-on involvement in all departments,
while providing direct oversight and guidance to the Food &
Beverage division. Collaborate with the culinary team and F&B
leadership to enhance outlet performance, menu innovation, and
guest experiences. Identify growth opportunities in the Lak
restaurant & Rookery Bar, the Osprey Café, as well as banquet
services, focusing on quality, consistency, and profitability.
Implement and refine operational standards, systems, and processes
across the hotel. Actively participate in budgeting, forecasting,
and cost control for F&B and broader hotel operations. Foster a
culture of excellence, coaching department heads and frontline
staff to exceed service expectations. Serve as Manager-on-Duty and
represent the GM in their absence. Who You Are: A driven
hospitality professional with 3 years of leadership in luxury hotel
operations, including significant hands-on F&B experience.
Skilled in growing and leading high-performance teams within
fast-paced, service-driven environments. Passionate about
exceptional food, beverage, and guest service experiences.
Experienced in managing banquets and execution, dining service, and
bar operations. Strong in operational systems, service standards,
and process improvement. Marriott brand experience a plus, but not
required. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with
