Expert, with a strong hospitality background.

Guest Services Hospitality Expert strives to enhance the stay of
our guest offering personalized and unique services, assistance and
experience. Never says "No" to a guest but goes above and beyond to
exceed customer's expectations, needs and desires. Participates to
develop the guest experience, excellence in Customer service and
Hospitality but also brings in new ideas that generate new
revenues.
Develop and maintain local partnerships to offer new services
(beauty and wellness, entertainment, transportation, travels,
shopping, etc)
Meet with our guests frequently to identify needs, expectations,
hobbies and propose services and products.
Propose new special offers and packages to our guests.
Participates to weekly meetings
