Customer Service Rep /Intake Agent/ Contact Center - in office 20/hr Temp to Perm Class for training starts 9/12/2022 - 2 weeks training Training is Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (ONLY FOR TRAINING) Schedules are below 2 people needed - 4pm to 12am (Wednesday to Sunday)
2 people needed - 4pm to 12am (Saturday to Wednesday)

Law Firm Intake Agent takes and makes calls from and to potential clients/customers conducting litigation specific questionnaires to see if the potential clients/customers qualify of a case with our client. They answer questions or address any concerns potential or current clients may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers' needs or issues and creating intake records for review by our legal team They also monitor and respond to customers over a variety of communication channels using excellent customer service skills. Contact Center Agent Job Responsibilities: Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information. Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Establishes policies by entering client information and confirming expectations. Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures. Updates job knowledge by studying new litigation types and participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes organization mission by completing related tasks as needed. Contact Center Agent Qualifications / Skills: High School Diploma or GED Required University/college degree is an asset 2 years Contact Center experience preferred Previous customer service experience, especially in the legal industry, preferred Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs Customer service experience Attention to detail Data entry skills Active Listening Professionalism Multi-tasking Please call and send a resume to AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Job Requirements: SEE ABOVE
