Job Description An established mid-sized regional general
practice law firm servicing an international legal service plan
seeks an experienced Call Center Representative. Call Center
Representative responsibilities include but not limited to handling
inbound and outbound calls, de-escalate situations involving
dissatisfied clients, offering patient assistance and support,
guide callers through troubleshooting, supporting the company
compliances and protocols, process timely referrals to referral
attorneys within our network database. A qualified candidate must
have strong communication both written and verbal. Great active
listening skills A patient and empathic attitude. Strong time
management and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment. Computer literacy Adaptability and
flexibility. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Must be good at
multi-tasking. Job Type: Full-time Hourly Pay: $15.00 Hours:
Monday-Friday (35 hours per week) Ability to work remote: Yes
