Job Description:

Customer Service Team Admin will handle sending all outgoing communications to customers. Customer Service Team Admin will also assist with scanning and sorting of incoming mail that MRS receives. It is expected that the Customer Service Team Admin is cross trained with other Customer Service related tasks to ensure they are able to assist when their bandwidth permits.Position directly reports to the Customer Service Team Manager. Requires a team relationship with other departments, such as Quality Assurance, Client Services, and Finance, as required. A cooperative relationship with other employees, clients, consumers, and the public is required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES OF JOBMail, email or fax validation responses to customersTrack and update progress on responses being sent to customersAssist with any additional CST related tasks when bandwidth allowsScheduleMonday through Friday, 9am to 5pmBASIC QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningMust have a clean criminal background with no exceptionsGood organization and time management skillsTechnical skills include but are not limited to:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced copy, pasting, and formatting)Web-based applicationsWindows (including file formats and file path navigation)E-mail (Google email usage and management)Ability to pay close attention to detailRequired to work in the office (work from home is not applicable for this position)Able to work in a fast paced environment with consistent changesCHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED OF THE JOBExtremely meticulous, with a high level of attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities based on prescribed time sensitive requirementsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to gain the confidence, respect and trust of all operations and back office personnelStrong sense of urgencyAbility to work effectively with varied levels of management personnel up to and including company executivesExcellent organization and time management skillsWilling to speak up and alert others when an issue is foundThe above statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered as the detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the position.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Individual must be able to meet established specific physical requirements of jobLight lifting of 0-10 lbs.StandingSittingACCIDENT OR HEALTH HAZARDS:No unusual accident or health hazards inherent in positionWORKING CONDITIONS:Modern, well-lit office areaNo unusual working conditionsMRS BPO, LLC is taking all precautions to keep employees safe during the COVID pandemic.
