Job Description:
Description Responsible for providing continuous observation and
appropriate documentation on activity of an assigned patient who
has been identified as having increased risk for injury. Principal
Accountabilities: 1. Provides ADL's and protects Patients in Sitter
and Spotter assignments from self-harm and prevent elopements. 2.
Makes continuous rounds. 3. Assists with Activities of Daily
Living. 4. Assists with bathroom/ commode/incontinence care. 5.
Monitors Intake and Output. 6. Performs preventive skin care,
feeding mouth care, and changes bed linens when necessary. 7.
Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Prior experience in
Patient Care.
