Job Description:
Description A full time IBHS Clinical Supervisor will oversee
the provision of mental health services to children/adolescents
with serious mental health disturbances in the home, school, or
community, in order to sustain placement in the natural
environment. The primary task of the IBHS Clinical Supervisor is to
ensure that services are provided and documented in a timely,
well-coordinated, and clinically effective fashion. The IBHS
Clinical Supervisor provides clinical support through a combination
of consultation and administrative activities. This entails
collaboration with NET's agency; community- based team members,
school administrators and staff, as well as internal and external
care managers. Qualifications A full time IBHS Clinical Supervisor
will have a minimum of 1-year post-graduate experience in the
provision of mental health direct services to children, youth or
young adults and meet one of the following: Licensed in PA as a
physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional
counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered
nurse practitioner with a mental health certification or clinical
social worker Licensed in PA as a behavior specialist and have a
graduate degree that required clinical or mental health direct
service practicum from a college or university accredited by an
agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or
the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an
equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has
been evaluated by the Association of International Credential
Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential
Evaluation Services. Licensed in PA as a social worker and have a
graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct
service practicum from a college or university accredited by an
agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or
the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an
equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has
been evaluated by the Association of International Credential
Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential
Evaluation Services. Licensed in PA as a professional with a scope
of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS and have
a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct
service practicum from a college or university accredited by an
agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or
the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an
equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has
been evaluated by the Association of International Credential
Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential
Evaluation Services ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS : Must
demonstrate genuine empathy and concern for individuals as
indicated in our corporate vision, mission, and values statements.
Must be able to demonstrate sensitivity in all oral and written
communications in regard to persons served within the agency.
Adhere to applicable city, county, state, and federal laws and
regulations, internal and CARF standards. Must have or be willing
to complete current State clearances for Child Abuse, Criminal
Records check, and contagious diseases. Ability to communicate
verbally in English, read written or typed information, communicate
legibly in writing, speak English clearly, and hear voice in
conversational tone. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and
Excel at the intermediate to advanced level Excellent time
management and organizational skills Advanced oral and written
communication skills in order to effectively problem-solve Must be
a team player, patient, flexible, and have the ability to
multi-task Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a
timely and accurate fashion in a fast-paced environment ESSENTIAL
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES : (and other duties as assigned) Oversee
and supervise services provided at multiple school, home, and
community locations. Ensure that services are provided to clients
in a well-coordinated, clinically sound and effective manner.
Provide supervisory support and feedback to workers on their
assigned clients; maintain supervisory records. Review worker’s
documentation: provide feedback and coaching to ensure that staff
meet regulatory expectations for clinical documentation and billing
practices. Address consumer questions, concerns and complaints
about service provision to the clients on their caseload Ensure
that collaboration occurs with the licensed individual who is
completing the Written Order for. Ensure that clinician treatment
plans appropriately address all evaluated needs. Ensure that the
treatment provided by workers is appropriate, effective, and
congruent with approved treatment plans. Oversee supervision of
direct care staff, including annual performance evaluations Ensure
that workers provide full complement of authorized services,
address and resolve barriers to full utilization. Confer with
Program Director on problematic and high-profile cases Review and
resolve Incident Reports on clients within assigned caseload
Provide on call coverage when scheduled If assigned, (with
appropriate NPI and MA promise credentials), complete Level of Care
evaluations as needed for assigned schools or other schools as
needed. Level of Care evaluation will be coordinated with school
assignments as approved by Director and VP. PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The

diseases/infections. WORK ENVIRONMENT : School-based, community
Home-based, working environment. WORKING HOURS : 40 hours per week.
Typically 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours
subject to change based upon program need. On call coverage is also
required on a rotational basis.
