Physician Assistant | Surgery - Transplant Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Transplant Physician Assistant to support a high-performing transplant team in New York, New York . This inpatient role focuses on managing transplant patients overnight, assisting with admissions, and ensuring continuity of care. Ideal for PAs with recent transplant experience who thrive in fast-paced hospital environments . Requirements Job Responsibilities: Conduct patient rounds and clinical evaluations for transplant patients Perform admissions and pre-operative workups for transplant candidates Document H&P notes, event notes, and patient updates in EMR Provide detailed handoffs to the day shift care team Collaborate with transplant surgeons, nurses, and care coordinators Monitor patient progress and escalate clinical concerns when needed Qualifications: ? Certified Physician Assistant ? Active New York PA License ? Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient transplant experience ? BLS and ACLS certifications required ?
