a Comprehensive Cataract Surgeon to join its growing team. This
role offers strong surgical volume, a diverse patient population,
and significant growth potential. Compensation & Benefits -
$325,000 base incentives - High clinical and surgical volume -
Strong premium conversion (~60%) - LASIK exposure - Full benefits
package Work Schedule - Full-time outpatient surgical schedule -
Balanced clinic and OR time Key Responsibilities - Perform cataract
surgery - Manage comprehensive ophthalmic care - Educate patients
on treatment options - Collaborate with care team Required
Qualifications - Board Certified/Eligible Ophthalmologist - Active
or eligible NY license - Fluency in Korean or Chinese required
