Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and provide caregiver education. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for safe dysphagia management. Document evaluations, session notes, and discharge summaries per facility and regulatory standards. Requirements Active, unencumbered Speech-Language Pathology licence in the applicable state. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required or pending. Minimum 1 year SNF or post-acute rehab experience preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification. Apply Now!
