Central Sterile Technician, working alongside NYP Central Sterile
Technicians in providing sterilization services to multiple
Ambulatory and Inpatient Operating rooms including In Vitro
Fertilization, Labor & Delivery, Endoscopy, Interventional
Cardiology units. Certified Central Sterile Supply Technician -
Center for Community Health (CCH) - Evenings (3PM-11PM) In this
role, you will be responsible for preparing surgical trays and
supplies in a safe and cost-effective manner. As a skilled
professional at NewYork-Presbyterian, you will be responsible for
decontamination, cleaning, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and
distribution of surgical instruments. This is a full time evening
shift (3PM-11PM) position at NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn
Methodist Hospital. Weekends and holidays are required. Preferred
Criteria - Prior experience in Central Sterile Required Criteria -
High School Diploma of GED - Certified Registered Central Service
Technician (CRCST) from the International Association of Healthcare
Central Service Material Management or certified by the
Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)
