Job Description:

the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia region, is seeking a dedicated Physical
Therapist to join our Home Care team in Baltimore County. This role
focuses on providing top-tier rehabilitative care to patients in
their homes, supporting their recovery, and enhancing their quality
of life. As a part of MedStar Health, you will work within a
patient-first environment, utilizing state-of-the-art resources to
deliver individualized therapy plans that adhere to the highest
standards of healthcare services. Assess patient condition and
implement personalized rehabilitation programs. Conduct home visits
to provide physical therapy and monitor progress. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans. Educate
patients and families on treatments and home exercises. Document
patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed. Ensure
compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient
confidentiality. Expertise in physical therapy techniques and
treatments. Ability to manage time effectively and handle a
caseload of patients. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate
effectively with patients and families. Proficiency in using
healthcare IT systems for documentation. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Physical
Therapist license. CPR certified. A valid driver’s license and
reliable transportation as this position requires travel within the
county.
