Endocrinology practice in Albany, NY is seeking up to 2 full-time
Endocrinologists to join a thriving, multi-disciplinary team. This
is primarily an outpatient role with opportunities to collaborate
closely with advanced practitioners and certified diabetes
educators. Position Highlights: Primarily outpatient
responsibilities with flexibility in scheduling Call: 1:10
outpatient call, inpatient coverage only when inpatient providers
are off Provide diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care for
patients with diabetes, endocrine, and metabolic disorders Utilize
advanced diabetes care technology , including insulin pump/sensor
download and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
Specialized services: complication screening, medication
management, foot care, smoking cessation, HbA1c testing, weight
management, nutrition counseling, diabetes support groups, and
education classes Work in a collaborative, patient-focused
environment with a strong support team Open to new graduates (2025)
and experienced candidates Accepting H1B visa candidates ; J1 visa
waivers not accepted Not accepting Locums candidates Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology (within 5 years
of eligibility if working toward BC) Active New York medical
license or willingness to obtain Clean malpractice and professional
background Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
Previous clinical experience as an endocrinologist preferred but
not required Benefits Salary range: $245,000–$260,000 per year with
eventual move to integrated compensation based on productivity
Starting bonus: $35,000 Retention bonus: $15,000 over 2 years
