Job Description Job Description Endocrinologist MD/ DO - Long Island, NY Job time: Part-time & Full-time Pay: Open to Negotiation Job Description: The Endocrinologist will provide comprehensive endocrine care in a strictly outpatient setting, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Responsibilities will include managing a wide range of hormonal and metabolic disorders such as diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and lipid disorders. Interpretation of endocrine laboratory results and imaging studies is anticipated. This role is ideal for physicians seeking clinical excellence, lifestyle balance, and long-term financial growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outpatient consultations for patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders. Diagnose and manage conditions including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, and lipid abnormalities. Interpret laboratory and imaging results to guide treatment decisions. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing follow-up care. Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient management. Experience/ Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required. Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in managing endocrine and metabolic conditions. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care in an outpatient environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Schedule: 8-hour shifts. In-person, outpatient only Hours: 40 per week.
