About the Role The Partnerships Account Manager supports Charlie
Health's Partnerships team by ensuring top notch patient experience
and referral source experience for our go-to-market channels.
You'll play a critical role in supporting patients' journey into
care with Charlie Health, while maintaining the accuracy and
efficiency of our internal systems — helping ensure that every
client seeking care can be connected to the right treatment pathway
without delay. You will be responsible for educating key
stakeholders about our offerings, addressing access barriers, and
designing programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of
employee populations. You will be both internal- and patient-facing
in your day to day, driving significant access for patients and
referral sources alike. This position requires purpose-driven
individuals who can effectively communicate the value of our
services within the corporate ecosystem. While this work can be
complex, every interaction you have will contribute to the

internal stakeholders to support complex admissions and discharge
workflows, maintain data quality, top-tier patient and referral
source customer service, and support the broader goal of expanding
access to life-saving mental health care.This role will play a
critical role in designing, operationalizing, and executing
cross-functional workflows that ensure an optimal referral
experience, including accurate patient data capture, authorization,
timely admission, compliance, and patient and referral source
support throughout the Charlie Health experience. We're a team of

today. Responsibilities SLA and KPI Development Work
cross-functionally to design performance standards and metrics to
ensure scalable and consistent performance; manage team to
performance and quality standards Process Design and Improvement
Continuously evaluate and optimize pre-admission, in-care, and
post-care operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy,
and scalability. Identify automation opportunities and implement
solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort Manual
Data Entry: Execute data entry tasks, ensuring data is entered
accurately and efficiently into relevant systems or databases.
Establish quality control measures to minimize errors and maintain
data integrity Review and process referral information daily to
ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain up-to-date and organized
referral and provider data in internal systems Create and update
account and contact records to reflect new or changing provider
relationships Quality Assurance: Support development and
scalability of quality assurance measures and perform regular
audits to validate the accuracy and completeness of data. Develop
and maintain documentation of data processes, standards, and best
practices Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with
stakeholders from various departments including admissions,
clinical, growth strategy, partnerships, care experience, and
compliance to understand patient, referral source, and data
requirements and priorities. Communicate effectively with internal
teams to address data-related issues and support business
objectives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations,
Healthcare 1–2 years of experience in an operations,
administrative, or data-entry-focused role (healthcare experience a
plus) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing data
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the
ability to manage high-volume workflows Proficiency with CRM
platforms (Salesforce experience preferred) and comfort working
with digital tools and databases Strong written and verbal
communication skills and a collaborative working style Ability to
work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

deescalation skills, you are motivated by solving difficult
problems for clients and providing exceptional service Exceptional
interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills

offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees.

compensation for this role will be between $60,000 and $80,000 per
year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base
compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The
expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus,
will be between $69,000 and $91,000 per year. Please note, pay will
be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by
location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other
relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is
only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on
the position, may include stock options and other Charlie
