guitars, or motorcycles ? We are seeking a dependable, easygoing
In-Home and Community Support (IHCS) Professional to support an
adult who enjoys music, motorcycles, and staying active in the
community. This position focuses on person-centered,
relationship-based support and regular community participation. It
is not a clinical role . About the Individual Friendly, social, and
personable with a great sense of humor Enjoys wrestling (including
live events) , guitars , and Harley-Davidsons Likes getting out in
the community and trying new activities Values independence and
meaningful connections Interested in exploring attending church on
Sundays Has a monthly live wrestling event already planned Would
like to get out and do something every weekend Schedule Flexible
weekend hours Saturdays and/or Sundays Occasional evenings
Consistent weekend community activities, plus a planned monthly
wrestling event Responsibilities Provide In-Home and Community
Support in accordance with the Individual Support Plan (ISP)
Support weekly community outings and activities Assist with
transportation and community navigation as needed Encourage
independence, routines, and positive engagement Maintain
respectful, person-centered support Complete required service
documentation Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate
Mileage reimbursement for approved community outings Paid training
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Enjoys
wrestling, motorcycles, music, or live events Dependable, patient,
and personable Comfortable providing in-home and community-based
support Prior DSP or IHCS experience helpful Must meet all
