Job Description Job Description About Us Noir Well Health is a
growing medical and wellness practice in Brooklyn, NY, providing
comprehensive and accessible care to our community. We are
expanding our behavioral health services and seeking dedicated
therapists ( Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental
Health Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ) to
join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis . Position Summary The
therapist will provide psychotherapy and counseling for adults
(and, if trained and credentialed, for children and adolescents not
mandatory). This is a flexible, PRN role where clinicians focus on
patient care while Noir Well Health manages all the back-office
support. Responsibilities Provide individual and family
psychotherapy sessions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical
documentation. Collaborate with medical and wellness providers as
part of an interdisciplinary team. Participate in treatment
planning and provide referrals when appropriate. Deliver services
in accordance with legal, professional, and ethical standards.
Qualifications Current New York State license as LCSW, LMHC, or
LMFT (required). Experience providing psychotherapy to adults;
experience with children/adolescents a plus but not required.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Schedule &
Compensation PRN (as needed) flexible scheduling based on patient
demand. Compensation: $35$38/hour, based on experience . W-2
position . Noir Well Health provides all marketing, credentialing,
patient referrals, and billing you focus solely on patient care .
