What You'll Earn $50/hour Weekly pay Comprehensive benefits (PTO, 401k, medical/dental/vision) What You'll Work Full-time or part-time (minimum two consistent scheduled shifts/week) 12-hour day and night shifts available 2 weekend shifts/month required What You Need Active RN license in the state of New York Graduation from an accredited nursing program 1 year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred) Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric clients Ability to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx Flexibility, resilience and initiative - this role is for nurses who thrive on variety and challenge What You'll Do Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs Precept and mentor new nurses Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams Educate and support families and caregivers Represent BAYADA with professionalism, compassion and clinical excellence ?
