Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join
their team! Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000/year (based on
experience) Assistant Director of Nursing Opportunity: Full-time,
direct-hire opportunity Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours The
Assistant Director of Nursing will oversee hiring, scheduling, and
supervision of field nurses to ensure appropriate case coverage
Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring
compliance with federal regulations and Joint Commission standards
Assistant Director of Nursing Qualifications: Must hold a current
RN license in Pennsylvania The Assistant Director of Nursing must
have at least 2 years of experience in home health care Minimum of
1 year working with pediatric patients and managing intermittent
caseloads Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher strongly
