Job Description ProKatchers is seeking a travel nurse RN Diabetic Educator for a travel nursing job in Brooklyn, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Diabetic Educator - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/24/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Skills: Required Skills & Experience:-Proven experience with technical aspects of diabetes care including insulin pumps and CGMs.-Relevant experience in diabetes education.-Proficiency in electronic health records and medical software.-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on patient centered care. Preferred Skills & Experience:-N/A Education: Required Education:-Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Required Certifications & Licensure: Current and valid New York State Registered Nurse License.-Certification in Diabetes Education. Schedule Notes: Days shift with a least one Evening a week and some Saturdays. - Coverage of some evening sessions required. - Cover two weekends monthly. RN with outpatient experience; knowledge of Diabetes. This RN will work at Pierre Toussaint location that will cover the diabetes center and assist with other clinics as needed.
