Preventive Medicine - Physician at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic - Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Groups - Trinity Health summary: Seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care with an emphasis on preventive and episodic medicine in an outpatient setting. The role involves patient care for adults, working in a team with five physicians, and includes administrative and medical support. Primary Care Physician located at our New Falls Practice in Levittown, PA. Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a full time Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our New Falls practice. The selected candidate will work in a PCP setting that consists of 5 Physicians. Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the adult population with concentration of preventative and episodic medicine.
