Job Description Job Title: Patient Care Associate Location: New York, NY 10019 Contract Duration: 9 Weeks Shift: 5x7.50 (37.50 hours) EVENING SHIFT - 3 PM- 11:15PM REQUIRED TO FLOAT TO ALL MED SURG UNITS Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Good judgment, problem-solving ability, and flexibility in fast-paced clinical settings. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing patient needs. Proficient oral and written communication skills in English. Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform required clinical tasks. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of Patient Care Associate Orientation Program (hospital-based). Three to nine months of healthcare experience preferred. AHA HeartSaver or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
