MEDICAL DIRECTOR (MD) Role: The Medical Director position is based at the Boriken Neighborhood Health Center, a state-of-the-art Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), NCQA-accredited Patient-Centered Medical Home serving East Harlem and surrounding community offering a full array of comprehensive primary and preventive care services for all ages, specialty care, and the Boriken Pharmacy.
