Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - NICU /n/n Job Details: /n • Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of licensed physicians /n• Apply knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods and techniques of nursing practice /n• Use the nursing process to collaborate with patients, family members, significant others, professional peers and healthcare team members /n• Individualize patient care based on patient needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary team /n• Direct nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to nursing practice standards /n• Follow administrative and departmental policies and procedures /n• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required /n• Bachelor's Degree preferred /n• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred /n• PA Registered Nurse License required /n• Basic Life Support certification required /n• Multi State Compact RN License required /n• Professional education, training or additional certifications may be required by specialty area /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility specializes in women's and family care services, providing comprehensive medical care focused on maternal and neonatal health.
