Responsibilities : Provide leadership and oversight of nursing
staff in a chronic hemodialysis environment Ensure delivery of
safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical
standards and regulatory requirements Supervise, mentor, and
evaluate nursing and clinical staff Coordinate patient care plans
in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor clinical outcomes, quality indicators, and performance
improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with state, federal,
and organizational policies and procedures Oversee staffing,
scheduling, and day-to-day unit operations Support staff education,
training, and professional development Foster a patient-centered,
culturally sensitive care environment Qualifications : Registered
Nurse (RN), licensed in the State of New York Bachelor's Degree in
Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university Minimum of
five (5) years of nursing experience in hemodialysis Minimum of two
(2) years of progressive nursing management experience in a chronic
dialysis setting Current CPR certification Strong leadership,
communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications :
Nursing Certification in Nephrology (CNN or equivalent) Fluency in
