Psychiatrist Supervisor - Private Practice Division HC - Providers (Physicians) Location Garden City, New York Employment Type Permanent A top-of-the-line, physician owned private practice is seeking a Psychiatrist and Supervisor in Nassau County Long Island. This is a permanent position with a guaranteed salary, 100% health insurance coverage, reimbursed malpractice, 401k 4% match and strong PTO! Job Description: Compensation : $350000 - $400000 Job ID : 30904 Job Function: Work with team of TMS technicians and PAs to oversee the TMS program for the organization. Approximately 32 hours a week towards patient care providing. medication management, many of the patients are seen via telehealth (60%). Oversight of 4 physician assistants, providing weekly progress meetings discussing difficult cases and signing off on charts (this required and the PAs are at various sites so often done remotely). Organization also provides Spravato treatment which psychiatrist can be trained and participate in. Flexible hours with no nights, weekends or call expected - can choose days and hours want to work (32-40 hrs a week). Job Requirements: Residency Training in Psychiatry Required (will consider Child or other fellowship trainings). Exposure to TMS and Spravato preferred but not required. Past supervisory experience preferred. NY License required.
