5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:00) LSI21452 Requirements Previous charge
experience required Minimum 2years experience required Certs: BLS,
NBSTSA or NCCT required Trauma Level I and II experience and Liver
and Kidney experience BSN required Charting System: Cerner
rewquired On Call Requirements: Up to 6 weekdays, 2 weekends per
six-week schedule Holiday requirement: 1 work holiday and 1 call
holiday
