Must have a clear driving record, active driver's license, and current auto insurance. Proof of insurance must be provided within 48 hours of offer acceptance. Responsible for completing visits, SOC/ROCs, recerts, and discharges. The RN provides safe and holistic care to a population with multiple comorbidities and advanced chronic illnesses. The RN educates regarding self-management and provides support to meet the needs of the patient, family, and community. Mileage will be reimbursed based on company policy. Territory includes specific designated areas.
