Description Seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide
advanced primary and specialty care. Responsibilities include
performing physical exams, documenting patient medical history,
developing care plans, and administering diagnostic tests. Key
Responsibilities: - Examine, diagnose, and treat patients across
various conditions. - Maintain accurate patient records, including
medical history, examinations, and assessments. - Order and analyze
tests, imaging, and lab results to determine treatment plans. -
Administer treatments, prescribe medications, and provide
vaccinations. Qualifications: - Master’s Degree in a Nurse
Practitioner program (Family or Adult Geriatrics). - Current New
York State Nurse Practitioner license. - National Board
Certification required (AANP, ANCC, ONCC). - Bilingual (Spanish)
