BLS/CPR, as a healthcare provider as per the American Heart Association. Registered Nurse - PA (Required). ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate (Required). BSN from an accredited school of nursing. NURSYS COVID-19 Vaccine Mandatory Experience: Registered Nurse - Infusion.
