Maryland, but around the world. We are seeking a seasoned nurse
manager for our 6 room CVOR with a focus on cardiovascular thoracic
surgery including open heart, heart transplant, endovascular
procedures just to name a few. The Nurse Manager provides
leadership to achieve unit, departmental, and institutional
objectives within a rapidly changing environment. You will have 24
hour accountability and authority for decisions regarding patient
care, unit operations, and personnel management for designated

required. Those without the required degree may be considered

Requires 5 years of experience as a registered nurse (within the
specialty preferred), including 3-5 years of leadership and/or
management responsibilities - Ability to lead others, problem
solve, analyze and interpret data, adapt to rapidly changing
priorities and environments, and create a climate that fosters
compassionate care, innovation, cooperation, collaboration, and
teamwork - Ideal candidate will have a cardiac, periop or CV

$????87.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and
experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases

compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any
