Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Team Manager to oversee
clinical operations and manage team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operational delivery outcomes of the assigned team and
manage daily activities
Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring
effective communication and relationship management
Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members
while fostering collaboration
Required Qualifications
Over 4 years of experience in clinical trials with a strong
understanding of GCP principles
Proven experience in managing a team, including remote teams or
leading project teams
University degree in biotechnology, pharmacy, management, or
methodology of clinical trials
Experience working in a CRO and with sponsors is advantageous
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, acting with high
ethical standards
