  Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), Every Other Weekend Required
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  --- Provide direct patient care based on nursing theory and research
  --- Apply critical thinking in care coordination and prioritization
  --- Educate patients and caregivers on health promotion and care plans
  --- Participate in bedside shift reports, purposeful rounding, and discharge planning
  --- Maintain documentation standards in compliance with regulatory requirements
  --- Escalate patient care or safety concerns as appropriate
  --- Perform charge duties and support patient throughput and staffing needs
  
  Requirements:
  --- Active NYS RN License
  --- BLS certification (AHA)
  --- Minimum 2 years RN experience (Medical Unit preferred)
  --- 1 year travel RN experience required for travel positions
  --- EPIC experience highly preferred
  --- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred); Associate degree accepted with experience or BSN matriculation
