Critical Care Float RN needed to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients within a specific nursing department. \n\n STAFF NURSE\n\n Identifies the pathophysiology of cardiovascular disease and uses this information to plan appropriate nursing care.\n\n Identifies the physiologic changes induced by cardiothoracic surgery and uses this information to plan appropriate nursing care.\n\n Performs a comprehensive cardiovascular assessment.\n\n Develops and institutes a teaching plan for the patient, and the family, suffering cardiovascular disease.\n\n Responds to Code 99 alerts in accordance with established policies and procedures.\n\n Provides cardiac teaching at the professional and community level.\n\n \n\n REQUIREMENTS \n\n Current licensure to practice Professional Nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. \n\n 1-2years Telemetry/Critical Care experience required. \n\n ACLS & BLSLocation: Crozer Health - 6010 - Intensive Care Loc 1Schedule: FR =Full-time Regular, 3 =Night Shift, 7p-7a
