Job Description:

Looking for a dynamic and driven pharmaceutical recruiter to join our team! As a pharmaceutical recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiating with candidates. You will review resumes, portfolios, and credentials to identify candidates with the appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand candidate requirements and develop a strategic recruiting strategy to attract top talent. You will build positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for identifying and recruiting top talent. You should be familiar with local and regional talent pools and be able to leverage various recruiting methods, including the internet, print, job fairs, universities, and vocational schools, to identify top talent.

Summary of Qualification:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment and interact well with all organizational levels
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Outstanding time management skills
Proficiency in office computer software/systems (MS Office, Word, Excel, requisition/candidate tracking systems)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Engaging personality and ability to respond quickly and positively to change.
Bachelor's degree required. Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
An understanding of human resources principles and practices.
2-5 years of recruiting/staffing experience required.
