Bancroft is currently seeking a Clinical Specialist I to join our Intenseive Day Program for Children with Severe Autism Behaviors. The Clinical Specialist I, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, conducts, develops, and implements functional behavior assessments for persons served at Program site. Develops, evaluates, and confirms functionally- sound interventions for person served and helps to generalize those interventions to caregiver in the clinic, at home and in the community. Advocates on behalf of persons served.


Under the clinical supervision and oversight a Board Certified Behavior Analyst,
Conducts skills assessments.Conducts behavior assessments to include functional assessment/experimental analysis, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations to assess and treat challenging behavior. Develops, implements and monitors least restrictive, empirically validated function -based treatments to decrease problem behavior while identifying and promoting functionally appropriate replacement behaviors, and increasing other adaptive living skills. Develops data collection systems to monitor goals, services objectives and behavior intervention progress and effectiveness. Engages in on-going data monitoring and review of data for goals, services objectives and behavior interventions to assess progress. Maintains data on target behaviors during admission and documents progress throughout admission in progress reports. Provides direct care to persons served when not engaged in clinical assessment and treatment sessions. What we offer you:

  • Up to $5,000/year for up to 4 years for qualifying expenses through the Tuition Loan Repayment programConsistent full time schedule (Monday - Friday, daytime hours, 40 hours per week) with Paid Time OffNo travel requirements, no financial penalty for client cancellations


    Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least 6 months of experience in applied behavior analysis, RBT certification required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board within 3 months of hire. What You'll Love About Bancroft:
