We have a highly trained team PT, OT, ST, Special Educators and Behavioral Specialists. Our Clinical Supervisors provide excellent training and mentorship. We work to make your schedule work for you Special emphasis to maximize the geographic location and days of service on your caseload. Timely payment to our staff is our TOP PRIORITY. _Speech Language Pathologist -Early Intervention Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Mercer, Ocean, and Monmouth County, NJ_ Speech Therapists provide home-based services to children ages birth to 3. We are looking for ST's that are passionate about helping young children achieve their maximum development. You will have the special opportunity to directly involve parents in your therapy sessions. Speech Language Pathologists are part of a interdisciplinary team early childhood specialists. ST intervention is based on a plan of care developed by a multidisciplinary evaluation team. Clinical documentation is completed during session time, using a state-of-the art web-based documentation system. We have a very friendly office and supervisory staff that are please to assist and support our therapists. Speech Language Pathologist responsibilities include: Coordinating schedule of session with the family Providing home-based intervention --- involving the child---s parents and caregivers in your therapy session Follow plan of care developed by the Evaluation Team Focus on the child---s speech-language related milestones including: receptive language, expressive language, articulation, social pragmatics and fluency. Documentation of clinical session in a web-based documentation system Conference with the Service Coordinator and other members of the child---s intervention team Speech Therapists are required to have: Valid state Speech Therapist license -required Minimum 1 year ST experience (preferred) Minimum 1 year pediatric experience (preferred) We currently some limited Clinical Fellow (CFY) openings Classic---s ST positions offer: A strong mentorship program with clinical supervisors who have extensive experience in all clinical areas.
