We are actively adjusting our protocols to exceed minimum requirements from the CDC to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone.ABOUT THE POSITION:Reporting directly to the Area Lead Assistant, the Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) performs a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties. • Fun and collaborative environmentREGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT (RDA) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the provider during a variety of treatment procedures including 4-handed dentistry
  • Set up and breakdown treatment operatories
  • Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
  • Adhere to all OSHA and safety policies and procedures
  • Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures
  • Perform various General office housekeeping tasks as necessary
  • All other duties as assigned by immediate supervisorREGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT (RDA) QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Registered Dental Assistant License
    • 2-3 years of clinical experience
    • Proficiency in all RDA functions
    • Efficiency in digital x-rays
