Our client is looking for someone enthusiastic about providing support to a Managing Director of the Tactical Opportunities department. The growing firm is seeking a passionate, authentic and goal-driven individual with experience in providing administrative support and reporting.Job Responsibilities:

• Book travel for department head and team
• Manage expenses for all team members and the MD
• Maintain calendar and adjust priorities as needed
• Coordinate conference calls and meetings
• Perform weekly system audit reports
• Schedule annual trainings for various teams within the firm
• Conduct research as needed at the request of senior associates and MD
• Special projects as assignedJob Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the financial services environment
  • 4-8 years of administrative experience
