  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior level Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in life science construction projects preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in project oversight and subcontractor management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
