Full-Time Opportunity: 5/6 Day Work Week Weekend Availability
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Key responsibilities include the following:
- Assisting the department manager in leading and directing the
entire Sales Staff.
- Supervising and managing the sales team to ensure consistent
prospecting and networking to attract new customers daily.
- Demonstrating thorough knowledge and proficiency in enforcing
the company's "Road to the Sale" and sales process.
- Ensuring all deals comply fully with local, state, and federal
guidelines.
- Reviewing, managing, and updating the customer database as
needed for the sales team.
- Promoting the success of the company, store, and Sales
Team.
- Strictly adhering to and enforcing company policies, processes,
procedures, and core values.
- Assisting General Management with deal turnovers.
- Assisting with deal structuring.
- Aiding in staff management.
- Assisting with customer interactions.MARGINAL DUTIESMarginal
duties may include additional tasks as assigned.To excel in this
