of cell therapy products from Discovery through transition to CT
Technical Operations. Includes oversight of CT technology, process
development, analytical development and testing, gene delivery and
editing, and clinical supplies delivery. Ensure strategic alignment
of technology and program development plans with key
stakeholders/partners in R&D, Commercial, Regulatory and GPS.
Serve as a member of the Cell Therapy Development Operations
Leadership TeamKey job responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive strategic leadership for cell therapy
development organization.
- Lead and develop an integrated cell therapy technical
development and clinical manufacturing cross-disciplinary
team.
- Lead development of Cell Therapy technology and platforms.
- Collaborate with other Cell Therapy functions within BMS to
further the technology and strategic investments.
- Anticipate strategic evolution of CT technologies and provide
strong leadership and vision.
- Influence beyond area of responsibilities to push on Innovation
agenda.
- Participate actively in the CTDO teams and relevant BMS and
external bodies and organizations.
- Support, review and endorse any regulatory authority
communications and ensure that all submissions and communications
occur on time and with high quality of content and in line with
agreed strategies.
- Manage cross-geographic and complex organizations, processes,
technology and talent.
- Cultivate a professional and scientific network and keep a
broad view on the external market practices and the science;
positions himself/herself as an influencer within the
industry/science community.Critical Leadership skills needed:

environment.Required Qualifications and Experience
- Significant experience and a demonstrated track record of
success leading a complex/rapidly developing pharmaceutical product
development, clinical manufacturing organization.
- Strategic mindset and capacity to anticipate and adjust to fast
moving environment.
- Excellent leadership capabilities: able to engage and inspire a
fast-moving organization.
- Responsible to attract, develop and retain a high qualified
workforce.
- Proven ability to develop and lead a team of professionals
interacting across all levels and functions of the organization
effectively.
- Proven experience in driving organization and cultural
transformations, through M&A or significant organization
transformation.
- Ph.D. degree and more than 15 years of relevant industry
experience.The starting compensation for this job is a range from
$360,000 USD - $500,000 USD, plus incentive cash and stock
opportunities (based on eligibility).The starting pay rate takes
into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills
and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will
be decided based on demonstrated experience.Eligibility for
