Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a 1st Shift Sanitation Manager
for a Food Manufacturing company in Pennsylvania.This job will have
the following responsibilities:Ensure that employee safety is a
priority and correct and differences immediatelyInstruct and train
all sanitation employees to adhere to good manufacturing
processesMaintain the Sanitation records and supervise the Master
Sanitation scheduleMonitor and audit sanitation program as well as
make adjustments to SOP's or check lists and packaging equipment
cleaning systems to ensure optimal operation.Communication between
the Production Manager to ensure the sanitation department has the
correct amount of suppliesRequirements/Skills:HS Diploma or GED4+
years in food manufacturing sanitationPrevious Leadership
experienceBilingual is a plusCompany offers solid benefits, annual
