The CFO will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations, helping us to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position. This seasoned strategist not only understands current accounting practices and trends but has a demonstrable track record of managing the finance function of a company with complex operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy work place, and is well-versed in working closely with senior management.Responsibilities:1. Drive the company's financial planning by performing risk management and financial forecasting and projections.2. Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations and supervise all finance personnel.3. Prepare reliable and timely monthly financial reports and performance KPIs.4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation.5. Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.6. Advise on long-term business and financial planning.7. Review all formal finance, HR, and IT related procedures.8. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.9. Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.Qualifications:1. Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role with 3+ years of experience.2. In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.3. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.4. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).5. Ability to strategize and solve problems.6. Strong leadership and organizational skills.7. Excellent communication and people skills.8. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.9. BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.10. CPA is a strong advantage.11. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is required.12. Solid understanding of healthcare accounting and financial operations in a healthcare setting.13. Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of the healthcare environment, finance, and management.14.
