• Responsible for driving center growth through program quality, sales initiatives, and customer service
• Achieve growth and hit sales goals by successfully managing the Client Services and Sales Team
• Manage all aspects of the daily operations of the school, including enrolling new children and developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsTeam Leadership, Training & Retention
  • Train, mentor, and inspire your team
  • Assist in team member recruitment, promotion, retention, and termination activities
  • Address team concerns and provide direction whenever neededCommunication
    • Responsible for consistently and effectively communicating the company's shared goals to your team
    • Collaborate and partner with corporate departments to ensure policies, procedures and initiatives are executed within your centerCenter Presentation
      • Ensure sandwich boards, literature displays, countertops, desk, lobby area, and any areas viewable through street-facing windows are consistently visually pleasing, making a great first impression

        • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
        • Have successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding goals
