Job Description Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Associate Director, Statistics in Lexington, MA with the following requirements: Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field or foreign equivalent degree and six years of related experience. REQUIRED SKILLS: Act as lead study statistician for multiple phase I-IV clinical projects within the rare genetic and hematology or related therapeutic area (5 yrs). Manage daily operations of the Biostatistics, Statistical Programming and Clinical Data Management departments in support of global pharmaceutical client drug development activities (2 yrs). Build and publish with peers a novel R package for the normalization of NanoString miRNA and mRNA data. Provide strategic input on functional analytics work-flows and data pipelines, and develop core data transformation, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning and regulatory reporting programs for all functions within Biometrics (2 yrs).Apply on-line at and search for Req .
