Assistant Director of Patient Services - FULL TIME - TUES thru SAT - NO OVERNIGHTS - NO HOLIDAYSAssistant Director of Patient Services sought for Cherry Hill Women's Center, a state licensed ambulatory surgical center that has delivered excellence in abortion and reproductive healthcare for over 45 years, always at the forefront of best practices in our field. Our team members are committed to advocating and caring for people seeking legal, safe, compassionate and respectful abortion care, in addition to assistance for adoption services and prenatal care.Responsibilities include:

• Oversee, troubleshoot, and innovate processes to support a patient-centered and efficient flow of care
• Supervise of nursing and medical support staff
• Work in cooperation with the clinic management team to create, implement and maintain all relevant protocols, policies and procedures
• Provide direct patient care and staff support, demonstrating excellent communication, listening, and compassionate care skills
• Maintain and oversee relevant trainings

Fluently bilingual preferred.The ideal candidate must possess:
  • 2-3 years of related professional experience
  • A strong background in supervision and management
  • Experience in facilitating flow - whether in healthcare, food service, or other fast-paced environment
  • Assertive communication skills
  • Excellent patient care skills
  • Intermediate computer skills (EHR experience preferred)
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted
  • Holds high standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to CHWC's mission and core values
  • The talents to lead with respect and a sense of humor
